PROVIDE A COMMUNITY OWNED AND OPERATED SHELTER FOR A SAFE HAVEN FROM DOMESTIC VIOLENCE FOR WOMEN AND THEIR CHILDREN IN BEAUFORT COUNTY, NC. PROVIDE COUNSELING AND GUIDANCE TO ALLOW THESE WOMEN TO MAKE DECISIONS ABOUT THEIR FUTURE.
