TO PROMOTE, STIMULATE AND ENCOURAGE THE IMPROVEMENT AND UTILIZATION OF OUTDOOR RECREATION, AND TO ENGAGE IN SUCH ACTIVITIES AS SHALL RAISE THE STANDARDS OF HUNTING, FISHING AND SPORTSMANLIKE CONDUCT BY PUTTING ON A YOUTH SPORTMENS DAY, COYOTE HUNTS, AND OTHER SIMILAR EVENTS.
