AND ITS SUBSIDIARIES (WHICH USES THE ASSUMED NAME OF "RESTORIXHEALTH") AND THEIR IMMEDIATE FAMILY MEMBERS, WHO HAVE EXPERIENCED UNFORESEEN EMERGENCIES SUCH A MAJOR MEDICAL SITUATION, A CATASTROPHIC EVENT (SUCH AS THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC), OR OTHER CHALLENGES THAT CREATE AN EMERGENT FINANCIAL HARDSHIP.
