THE ASSOCIATION IS A NON PROFIT, CHARITABLE, PUBLIC BENEFIT ORGANIZATION. ITSPURPOSE IS TO UNITE THE CHINESE FROM INDOCHINA IN THE SACRAMENTO COMMUNITY AND TO PROMOTE FRIENDSHIP AND MUTUAL SUPPORT IN ADJUSTING TO AMERICAN SOCIETY. THE ASSOCIATION STRIVES TO PRESERVE OUR CUSTOMS AND CULTURE.
