THE SPECIFIC PURPOSES FOR ORGANIZING THE CORPORATION ARE TO SUPPORT THE CHARITABLE PURPOSES OF SACRED HEART COMMUNITY SERVICE, A CALIFORNIA NONPROFIT PUBLIC BENEFIT CORPORATION THROUGH THE CONSTRUCTION, DEVELOPMENT AND HOLDING OF TITLE IN REAL PROPERTY FOR USE BY SACRED HEART COMMUNITY SERVICE. THE CHARITABLE PURPOSE OF SACRED HEART COMMUNITY SERVICE IS TO FURNISH EMERGENCY WELFARE ASSISTANCE.
