THE ORGANIZATION'S PRIMARY EXEMPT PURPOSE IS TO PROVIDE HOUSING THROUGH A 149-UNIT APARTMENT COMPLEX TO INDIVIDUALS, EITHER SENIORS WHO ARE AT LEAST 62 YEARS OF AGE OR OTHERS WHO ARE MOBILITY IMPAIRED, SUBSIDIZED UNDER THE DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT. THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDES COMPLETE SUPPORTIVE SERVICES, INCLUDING A HEALTH CENTER, A CONVENIENCE STORE, COFFEE SHOP, HAIR SALON AND TRANSPORTATION.
