Mission

The San Diego Rhythms is an organization dedicated to promote the sports of rhythmic gymnastics and provide an excellence in all aspects of rhythmic gymnastics and dance arts. The goal of our program is to help raise healthy, confident, focused, creative individuals. We strongly believe that rhythmic gymnastics and dance arts will bring enjoinment to children lives, will build their character, and will help them to be the best they can be.
