For nearly 80 years, San Diego Youth Symphony and Conservatory (SDYS), dba KeyNote, has served as a catalyst for investing in the future of thousands of young San Diegans through the study and performance of music. Through KeyNotes flagship youth orchestra program in Balboa Park (SDYS), its community engagement projects across San Diego (The Opus Project), and its early childhood music curriculum (ChIMES and Music Discovery), KeyNote is becoming San Diegos most comprehensive provider of cradle-to-college music education programs, and is a national leader in innovative community engagement, serving thousands of young musicians and their families each year.
