Mission
SAN JOSE JAZZ IS A 38 YEAR OLD PUBLIC BENEFIT CORPORATION WHOSE MISSION IS TO PROMOTE JAZZ THROUGH EDUCATION AND PERFORMANCE. THE ORGANIZATION'S PURPOSE IS TO HELP BUILD A STRONGER, MORE VIBRANT COMMUNITY, TO ENHANCE THE RECOGNIZED VALUE OF ARTS TO THE INDIVIDUAL AND SOCIETY, TO PROMOTE HEALTHY INDIVIDUALS AND HEALTHY COMMUNITIES, AND TO USE MUSIC AND EVENTS TO BRING PEOPLE TOGETHER.
