SANTA CRUZ APARTMENTS, INC. WAS ORGANIZED TO ACQUIRE, OWN AND OPERATE A 132 UNIT APARTMENT COMMUNITY IN TUCSON, ARIZONA, KNOWN AS SANTA CRUZ APARTMENTS. THE COMMUNITY WAS PURCHASED FROM THE RESOLUTION TRUST CORPORATION ON DECEMBER 17, 1993. THE COMMUNITY WAS ORIGINALLY FINANCED BY THE CORPORATION UNDER SECTION 207 PURSUANT TO SECTION 223(F) OF THE NATIONAL HOUSING ACT, AS AMENDED. ON JUNE 24, 2003, THE COMMUNITY WAS REFINANCED AND THE FHA MORTGAGE LOAN WAS PAID IN FULL.
