PROVIDE CITIZENS OF OMAHA WITH AN ANNUAL FESTIVAL CELEBRATING SANTA LUCIA, TO PRESERVE THE RICH ITALIAN HERITAGE OF OMAHA'S LITTLE ITALY, AND TO SUPPORT ORGANIZATIONS AND INDIVIDUALS WHOSE PURPOSE IS SPIRITUAL AND CHARITABLE, IN THE SPIRIT OF SANTA LUCIA.
