TO HOST AND MANAGE AN ELECTRONIC TOWNHALL, LIBRARY AND COMMUNICATIONS CENTER FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE MEMBERS OF THE SANTALUZ COMMUNITY. ON-SITE STAFF IS AVAILABLE TO PROVIDE INFORMATION FOR NEW AND EXISTING MEMBERS OF THE COMMUNITY.
