THE CORPORATION WAS ORGANIZED TO PROMOTE QUALITY MUSICAL ENTERTAINMENT AND CULTURAL ENHANCEMENT FOR THE TRI-STATE REGION AROUND SIOUX CITY, IOWA INCLUDING ORGANIZING A FREE MUSIC FESTIVAL IN SIOUX CITY, IOWA THAT IS PRESENTED AT NO CHARGE TO THE PUBLIC.
