FOSTERING HOUSING OPPORTUNITIES FOR LOW INCOME FAMILIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, OWNING, OPERATING, ACQUIRING, DEVELOPING PROPERTIES SERVING EXTREMELY LOW INCOME FAMILIES, VERY LOW INCOME FAMILIES AND LOW INCOME FAMILIES, USING ANY MODEL FOR DELIVERY OF THOSE HOUSING OPPORTUNITIES THAT THE CORPORATION SHALL SEE FIT. THE CORPORATION SHALL SPECIFICALLY HAVE THE ABILITY TO PROVIDE HOUSING FOR LOW INCOME FAMILIES IN MIXED INCOME COMMUNITIES THAT MAY INCLUDE UNITS AVAILABLE FOR MARKET RATE FAMILIES. THE CORPORATION MAY ALSO SATISFY THIS PURPOSE BY DEVELOPING HOUSING FOR MARKET RATE FAMILIES AND BY DEVELOPING COMMERCIAL AND RETAIL PROPERTIES THAT SUPPORT THE HOUSING (AND PROVIDE MUCH NEEDED QUALITY OF LIFE INFRASTRUCTURE TO MAKE THE NEIGHBORHOOD VITAL AND ATTRACTIVE) TO CREATE AN INCOME STREAM IN ORDER TO BE ABLE TO PROVIDE ADDITIONAL HOUSING FOR LOW INCOME FAMILIES.
