THE PURPOSE OF THE ORGANIZATION IS TO ORGANIZE AND OPERATE AN ANNUAL AGRICULTURAL FAIR AND TO MANAGE AND MAINTAIN THE GROUNDS AND FACILITIES USED FOR THE FAIR.
