Provide an opportunity for each athlete to fully develop their personal and athletic potential. Foster the pursuit of excellence through personal development teamwork sportsmanship and responsible behavior in and out of the pool. Teach our athletes to respect teammates and opponents the acceptance of victory with grace and humility and acknowledgement of defeat with fortitude and perseverance.
