Mission

The mission of the Searstone Residents' Association is to work with Residents and Management to make Searstone Retirement Community the Best-it-Can-Be. Goals include improving communications, increasing effectiveness of Residents' Association meetings, helping Residents understand the organization, monitor and assess Searstone policies, programs, finances and activities. Recommend changes when appropriate.
