The mission of the Seattle Black Firefighters Association is to create a community within the larger Seattle Fire Department, develop great camaraderie among our members and serve as the voice for Black firefighters and diverse populations through our commitment to professional development, educational opportunities, mentorship, community outreach, and economic equality with all firefighters in the Seattle fire Department
