SPECIFICALLY, THE CORPORATION SHALL CONDUCT OR SUPPORT ACTIVITIES EXCLUSIVELY FOR THE BENEFIT OF OR TO CARRY OUT THE PURPOSES OF THE FIRST PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH OF SEATTLE (THE "CHURCH"), A WASHINGTON NON-PROFIT CORPORATION, WITHIN THE MEANING OF SECTION 509(A)(3) OF THE CODE, FOR SO LONG AS THE CHURCH SHALL BE IN EXISTENCE AND QUALIFIED AS AN ORGANIZATION DESCRIBED IN 501(C)(3) AND SECTION 509(A)(1) OR 509(A)(2) OF THE CODE, OR ANY SUCCESSOR PROVISIONS, SPECIFICALLY INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO FURTHERING CHRISTIAN MINISTRY, EDUCATION AND HUMANITARIAN ACTIVITIES, EITHER WITHIN FOR OUTSIDE WASHINGTON STATE.
