RAISE FUNDS FOR AND PROVIDE SUPPORT TO MACOMB COUNTY GOVERNMENT LEADERSHIP IN CONNECTION WITH ITS EFFORTS TO PROMOTE THE GENERAL SOCIAL WELFARE OF THE CITIZENS OF MACOMB COUNTY, ENCOURAGE INVESTMENT AND THE TRANSACTION OF BUSINESS INTO AND WITHIN THE COUNTY.
