OLIVER CIVIC ASSOCIATION WILL CONSIST PRIMARILY OF EDUCATING AND DEVELOPING YOUNG WOMEN OF COLOR WHO ARE INTERESTED IN GOVERNMENT, PUBLIC POLICY, AND COMMUNITY ORGANIZING. THE ASSOCIATION WILL PROMOTE OUTREACH AND EDUCATION TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC AND PARTNER WITH OTHER ORGANIZATIONS WHOSE MISSIONS ALIGN WITH THOSE OF THE ASSOCIATION. THE ASSOCIATION IS COMMITTED TO SUPPORTING THE GROWTH OF YOUNG WOMEN OF COLOR.
