THE PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE CORPORATION IS TO PROVIDE LOW INCOME SENIORS WITH AFFORDABLE RENTAL HOUSING AND RELATED FACILITIES AND SERVICES SPECIALLY DESIGNED TO MEET THEIR PHYSICAL, SOCIAL AND PSYCHOLOGICAL NEEDS.
