THE ORGANIZATIONS MISSION IS TO DEVELOP YOUTH AND JUNIOR LONG DISTANCE RUNNERS AND TRACK AND FIELD ATHLETES, ACTIVATE THE HUMAN SPIRIT BY PROVIDING COMPETITIVE EVENTS FOR ALL AGE GROUPS AND TO PROMOTE IT AS A LIFETIME SPORT.
