TO PROMOTE AND DEVELOP SWIMMING FOR INDIVIDUALS OF ALL AGES FOR THEIR BENEFIT, SO THEY MAY COMPETE WITH OTHER FEDERATION CLUBS. PROGRAM WILL RUN IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE MONTANA FEDERATION SWIM CLUB.
