TO PROVIDE AN EDUCATIONAL ENVIRONMENT FOR THE RELATED EXEMPT COLLEGE FRATERNITY AND PROVIDE SUPPORT TO THE PURPOSES, POLICIES, AND PEOPLE OF SIGMA CHI FRATERNITY, INCLUDING PROVIDING ROOM AND BOARD TO COLLEGE STUDENTS WHO ARE ATTENDING CLASSES TO OBTAIN DEGREES.
