THE ASSOCIATION SHALL DO SO BY PROVIDING A POSITIVE ATHLETIC EXPERIENCE, TEACHING OPEN COOPERATION, GOOD SPORTSMANSHIP, AND TEAM WORK, AND IMPROVING THE INDIVIDUAL SKILLS OF THE PLAYERS.
