THE TRUST'S PURPOSE IS TO ESTABLISH STANDARDS OF EMPLOYMENT IN A SKILLED CRAFT, DETERMINE QUALIFICATIONS, HELP SETTLE LABOR DISPUTES, AND TO COOPERATE WITH LOCAL SCHOOLS IN ESTABLISHING CLASSROOM INSTRUCTION.
