THE ORGANIZATION ENCOURAGES THE GROWTH OF SOCCER BY OFFERING PROGRAMS THAT HELP DEVELOP STRONG SOCCER SKILLS AND PROVIDE OPPORTUNITIES TO GAIN A MORE COMPLETE KNOWLEDGE OF THE GAME. THESE PROGRAMS SHALL FOSTER THE IDEALS OF GOOD SPORTSMANSHIP, HONESTY, COMMITMENT, TEAMWORK, COURAGE, AND RESPECT FOR AUTHORITY.
