THE PURPOSE OF THIS ASSOCIATION IS EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE AND EDUCATIONAL. FURTHER, THE PURPOSE OF THIS ASSOCIATION SHALL BE TO TEACH THE GAME OF SOCCER; TO TRAIN COACHING PERSONNEL AND REFEREES AND TO TEACH THROUGH THE GAME OF SPORTSMANSHIP AND PHYSICAL HEALTH.
