THE ASSOCIATION IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE OF THE COMMON PROPERTY WITHIN THE DEVELOPMENT. THE PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE ASSOCIATION IS TO MANAGE AND MAINTAIN THE DESIGNATED SLOPE AREAS.
