HAYDEN FUND TRUST WAS ESTABLISHED TO PAY OR APPLY THE NET INCOME, AFTER THE PAYMENT OF EXPENSES OF ADMINISTRATION, TO RELIGIOUS OR CHARITABLE PURPOSES WITHIN THE MEANING OF THOSE TERMS AS USED IN SECTION 501(C)(3) OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE AS FOLLOWS: TO DEFRAY THE LIVING EXPENSES OF THE RECTOR AND OTHER CLERGY OF ST. JOHN'S EPISCOPAL CHURCH, WHICH IS AN ORGANIZATION DESCRIBED IN SECTION 501(C)(3) OF THE CODE.
