The specific and primary purposes for which this school was formed are as follows: (a) to promote and foster, in conjunction with the Protestant Episcopal Church in the diocese of Los Angeles, the development of the intellectual, spiritual and physical capacities of each student enrolled in the school, (b) to prepare students for higher education, and (c) to serve as a nonprofit, independent episcopal school in service to families of the community without reference to race, color, sex, religion, or national origin.
