ST. VINCENT FRUITLAND APARTMENTS IS A SECTION 811 HOUSING PROJECT THAT PROVIDES HOUSING FOR VERY LOW INCOME PERSONS WHO ARE DISABLED DUE TO CHRONIC MENTAL ILLNESS AND PROVIDES SUCH HOUSING ACCOMODATIONS IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT'S REGULATIONS.
