THE STANLY COUNTY JUVENILE RESTITUTION PROGRAM IS COMMITTED TO EMPOWERING JUVENILES TO BECOME BETTER CITIZENS AND TO HOLD THEM ACCOUNTABLE FOR THEIR ACTIONS. THE STANLY COUNTY JUVENILE RESTITUTION PROGRAM WILL WORK TO REDUCE THE NUMBER OF REPEAT OFFENDERS AND PREVENT FURTHER PENETRATION INTO THE JUVENILE JUSTICE SYSTEM.
