THE PURPOSE OF THE STATE BAR OF SD IS TO OBTAIN THE COOPERATION OF ALL THE PRACTICING LAWYERS IN THE STATE IN THE BETTER ADMINISTRATION OF JUSTICE, AND IN MAINTAINING A HIGH STANDARD OF PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT AT THE BAR.
