THE STATE ENGAGEMENT FUND UTILIZES PUBLIC POLICY RESEARCH, GRASSROOTS ORGANIZING AND COMMUNICATIONS STRATEGIES IN COMBINATION TO FACILITATE ALIGNMENT AMONG ORGANIZATIONS SO THEY WORK TOGETHER IN THE AREAS OF HEALTH CARE, PUBLIC EDUCATION, EQUALITY, ENVIRONMENT AND POVERTY.
