TO FOSTER NATIONAL & INTERNATIONAL AMATEUR SPORTS COMPETITION IN SAILING AND TO CARRY ON OTHER CHARITABLE ACTIVITIES ASSOCIATED WITH THIS PURPOSE. THE FOUNDATION BELIEVES THIS PURPOSE IS ESPECIALLY WELL SERVED WHEN FOCUSED ON ENCOURAGING PARTICIPATION BY YOUTH & WOMEN SAILORS.
