THE CLUB IS A PRIVATE SOCIAL CLUB. ITS EXCLUSIVE PURPOSE IS TO PROMOTE SOCIAL INTERCOURSE AMONG MEMBERS CAREFULLY CHOSEN FOR THEIR CONGENIALITY AND SOCIAL COMPATIBILITY. THE CLUBS FACILITIES ARE MAINTAINED FOR THE EXLUSIVE USE OF ITS MEMBERS AND A VERY LIMITED NUMBER OF GUESTS.
