THE MAJOR PURPOSE OF THE FOUNDATION IS PROVIDING SCHOLARSHIPS FOR YOUNG HANDICAPPED MEN AND WOMEN WHO ARE PURSUING POST-HIGH SCHOOL EDUCATION.
