OUR PROGRAM IS A 15 MONTH CULINARY ART PROGRAM THAT HAS 5 COMPONENTS. THEY ARE: 1. CULINARY ARTS AND HOSPITALITY PROGRAM THROUGH THE AUGUSTE ESCOFFIER SCHOOL OF CULINARY ARTS ONLINE CAMPUS. 2. CHRISTIAN DISCIPLESHIP THROUGH DAILY MORNING PRAYER AND BIBLE TEACHING ONE NIGHT A WEEK FROM VARIOUS TEACHERS WITH AN EMPHASIS ON RECOVERY. INTERACTING WITH MEMBERS OF THE BODY OF CHRIST IN ORDER TO CREATE A SAFE SPACE FOR RELATIONSHIPS TO DEVELOP THAT ARE INTEGRAL TO HEALING. 3. PHYSICAL WELLNESS: WE EMPHASIZE THE IMPORTANCE OF SOUND NUTRITION AS WE LEARN ABOUT INGREDIENTS AND REGULAR EXERCISE. WE HOPE TO HAVE AN EXERCISE CLASS ONCE A WEEK AT OUR FACILITY. 4. FINANCIAL WELLNESS: WE WILL PARTNER WITH A LOCAL GENTLEMAN WHO HAS BEEN TRAINED THROUGH THE CATHOLIC CHURCH TO TEACH
