WE ASSIST THEIR TRANSITION BY PROVIDING TEMPORARY SHELTER AND SUPPORT SERVICES TO REBUILD THEIR CURRENT PHYSICAL, SPIRITUAL, AND EMOTIONAL BROKENNESS AS THEY 'BREAK THE CYCLE OF HOMELESSNESS AND BUILD NEW FUTURES FOR THEMSELVES AND THEIR FAMILIES.
