IT ALSO INCLUDES WORK TO INCREASE AWARENESS OF SOFTWARE USABILITY BY FACILITATING COMMUNICATION AND COLLABORATION AMONG SOFTWARE USERS, RESEARCHERS, DESIGNERS, PROGRAM MANAGERS, POLICY MAKERS, AND TECHNOLOGISTS.
