THE PURPOSE OF THIS TRUST IS TO DEVOTE AND APPLY THE PROPERTY OWNED BY THE ORGANIZATION AND THE INCOME TO BE DERIVED THERE FROM EXCLUSIVELY FOR THE BENENFIT OF THE MORMON TABERNACLE CHOIR AND THE UTAH SYMPHONY IN THE PRESENTATION OF A BI-ANNUAL CONCERT.
