THE CORPORATION WAS FORMED FOR THE PURPOSE OF CONSTRUCTING, OWNING, AND OPERATING A 75 UNIT APARTMENT COMMUNITY IN RIALTO, CALIFORNIA, KNOWN AS TELACU RIO ALTO APARTMENTS, PURSUANT TO SECTION 202 OF THE NATIONAL HOUSING ACT OF 1959, AS AMENDED.
