The Corporations purposes include acquiring, owning, maintaining and renovating the church building located at 18 South Broadway, Nyack, NY 10960 into a fully accessible performing arts and event space, to be preserved as a beautiful building and to provide critical social services it houses for the community; promoting the work of Soup Angels and providing space for their mission of feeding the needy in the Nyack community; and supporting the congregation of the First Reformed Church of Nyack and providing space for their worship and ministry.
