SERVICES SEEK TO ADDRESS HOMELINESS, FOOD INSECURITY, TRANSPORTATION TO CRITICAL MEDICAL APPOINTMENTS AND REFERRAL TO SUPPORTIVE SERVICES AS NEEDED.
