THE ACQUISITION AND RESTORATION OF THE CAPITOL THEATER AND ISU BUILDINGS TO PROVIDE A VENUE FOR PERFORMING ARTS EVENTS IN BURLINGTON, IOWA. IN 2012 BEGAN OPERATING AS A REGIONAL PERFORMING ARTS CENTER FOR SOUTHEAST IOWA AND WEST CENTRAL ILLINOIS.
