THIS IS ACCOMPLISHED THROUGH A VARIETY OF SERVICES AND SUPPORT EFFORTS SUCH AS DEVELOPING AND SPONSORING EDUCATIONAL WORKSHOPS, HOSTING AND PRODUCING CAREGIVER SUPPORT GROUPS, PROVIDING FIDUCIARY SERVICES, AND CARE COORDINATION SERVICES.
