THE SPECIFIC AND PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE ASSOCIATION ARE TO BRING CIVIC BETTERMENTS AND SOCIAL IMPROVEMENTS BY PROVIDING FOR THE PRESERVATION OF THE ARCHITECTURE AND APPEARANCE OF THE COMMUNITY BY OWNING, OPERATING AND MAINTAINING THE PROPERTIES FOR USE OF ALL RESIDENTS.
