IT IS:TO ENRICH THE LIVES OF THE PEOPLE IN BENTON COUNTY BY FOSTERING A VIBRANT, ACCESSIBLE AND INCLUSIVE CORVALLIS-BENTON COUNTY PUBLIC LIBRARY SYSTEM THROUGH ADVOCACY, VOLUNTEERISM AND PHILANTHROPIC SUPPORT.
